Chart
The chart provides the following views.
All Queries - Cloud
This option offers a cloud view of search terms. The size of each word indicates the number of times the word was looked for, the larger the word appears. Hovering over a word will provide the actual number of times the word appeared in searches.
All Queries - Table
The table provides more information than the cloud view. The fields in the table are:
- Query: The word entered into the search.
- Quantity: The number of times the word was searched.
- Click-Through: The percentage of times a user clicked through to an item returned in the query.
- Findability: The measure of how easy it is for a customer to achieve their goal, whether that goal is discovery/information gathering or purchase.
- Boost Rules: Shows any boost rules that were applied to the search.
- Link Rules: Shows any link rules that were applied to the search.
The buttons in the Actions column link to the pages for Boosting and Link rules, allowing retailers to add rules in response to the results.
0 Results Queries - Table
This table uses the same metrics as the table above, but it shows the searches that produces zero results.
